Message	the $325 he wants to charge for "Alll other nissan parts for clutch services", especially when he wants to charge 7.5 hours for the clutch install "and hydros". On top of that, any Z specialist worthy of your business would have credited the "2 hours x $85 for inspection" towards your final bill.
